The following are the terms & conditions of the agreement under which rooms are
permitted to be used by the guests:
TARIFF
Your room tariff is on the registration card signed by you at reception.
The tariff is for the room only and excludes any government taxes which may be
applicable from time to time.
SETTLEMENT OF BILLS
Bills must be settled on presentation. Cheques are not accepted.
COMPANY LIEN ON VISITOR’S LUGGAGE AND BELONGINGS
In case of default in payment of dues by a guest, the management shall be entitled to a
lien on the luggage and belongings and to detain the same and sell or auction such
property at any time after the day of departure without reference to the party, and
appropriate the net sale proceeds towards the amount due from the guest.
DEPARTURE
CHECK-OUT time is 11 am. Please inform the Duty Manager if you wish to retain your
room beyond this time. If the room is available up to 6 pm, you will be charged at half
the applicable tariff. After 6 pm, the full applicable tariff will be charged.
LUGGAGE STORAGE
Luggage may be stored in the left luggage room at the guest’s sole risk as to loss or damages
from any cause. Luggage may not be stored for a period of over 12 hours. We do not accept
unlocked luggage. Guests are requested not to leave valuables in the left luggage room.
GUEST’S BELONGINGS
Guests are requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or when going to bed,
and not to leave the key tag in the key slot. For the convenience of the guests, safe deposit
lockers are available at Reception. The management will not in any way whatsoever, be
responsible for any loss and/or damage to the guest’s belongings.
HAZARDOUS GOODS
Any articles of a combustible or hazardous nature in residential rooms or left luggage
room is strictly prohibited.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
The guest will be held responsible and charged for any loss or damage to hotel property
caused by them, their friends, or by any person for whom they are responsible.
MANAGEMENT’S RIGHT
The management reserves for itself the absolute right of admission to any person into the
hotel premises and to request any guest to vacate his or her room at any moment without
prior notice, and without assigning any reason whatsoever. The guest shall be bound to
vacate when requested to do so. In case of default, the management will be entitled to
remove the luggage and belongings of guest from the room occupied by the guest, and lock
the room
RELATIONS BETWEEN THE COMPANY AND GUESTS
Nothing herein above shall constitute or be deemed to constitute any tenancy, sub-tenancy or right of tenancy or any right or interest in hotel premises or any part of
a portion thereof in favor of any guest or resident or visitor and the company shall always
be deemed to be in the full and absolute possession and control of the premises.
GOVERNMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS
Guests are requested to observe the government rules and regulations enforced from time
to time in respect of registration, alcoholic drinks, firearms, etc.
VISITORS
Visitors are not allowed in the guest rooms after 9 pm however, they can entertain their
guest in any of our food & beverage outlets.
OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE
Guests are not allowed to get food & beverage from outside the hotel for consumption in
the hotel.
AMENDMENT RULES
The management reserves the right to add, to alter or amend any of the above terms,
conditions and rules.

• Enjoy free Wi-Fi internet connectivity @ 2 Mbps shared while you stay at VAARSA.
• The Primary guest must be at least 21 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
• The Hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing
as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in.
• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person
staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driver’s License, Voter’s Card,
Passport, Aadhar Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. PAN Cards
will NOT
be accepted as a valid ID card.
• Outside Food, Beverages and Alcohol will not be allowed inside the hotel.
• Newspaper will not be pre-placed and shall be delivered to room only upon Guest request.
• All rooms are Non-Smoking rooms.
• Smoking permitted only at designated areas.
2)Cancellation Policy
•48 Hours prior to the arrival date to avoid one night retention on room and taxes.
• Any cancellations post 48 hours prior to arrival will lead to retention on room charges and
taxes.
• Refundable security deposit will be charged at the time of check-in.
